Lori van dusen, dpt

Owner and Director

Lori was born in Northern California, grew up outdoors, camping, playing soccer and softball.

She played soccer on a scholarship at a local community college and later transferred to attended Sonoma State University for her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.

She and her husband, James, attended the University of Puget Sound earning their Doctorates in Physical and graduated in 2004. Together they have lived locally for 20+ years and have 2 daughters who are both avid soccer players. She has been an outpatient orthopedic PT for over 20 years and has been treating pelvic health population for over 10. Lori and James opened DuPont Physical Therapy in 2016 and have really enjoyed the location and community that they serve. Lori enjoys the connection she develops with patients, families and the ability to treat the whole person. She strives to give them the knowledge, tools and encouragement they need to help themselves reach their goals and continue on a path of health.

As a former athlete, she enjoys working with the local high school, middle schools and various sports organizations to help keep athletes healthy and strong. Outside of work Lori loves to be active and outdoors, you can find her in the yard, camping, snowboarding or on the soccer field watching her girls.

Rachel Ohlde, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Rachel has been a Physical Therapist Assistant at DuPont PT for the last 8 years and is set to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy the summer of 2025. Driven by her passion for aiding others, Rachel finds fulfillment in crafting personalized programs to empower her patients on their path to recovery and well-being. Her commitment to delivering exceptional care is matched only by her love of the close-knit atmosphere at DuPont Physical Therapy and the genuine connections she fosters with her patients.

Beyond the clinic walls, you’ll find Rachel immersed in the great outdoors, indulging in her love for hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and even hitting the ice for a game of hockey with her husband of 13 years. As an advocate for an active lifestyle, she practices what she preaches, embodying the principles of health and vitality that she imparts to her patients.

With boundless enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a difference, Rachel is poised to continue her journey in physical therapy, armed with a dedication to excellence and a heartfelt commitment to the well-being of her community.

Ruth Bailey, DPT

Physical Therapist

Ruth earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at East Tennessee State University in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of northeast Tennessee.

She has been practicing Physical Therapy for the past 9 years with experience in several different orthopedic outpatient clinics as they have made several military moves. She enjoys the variety of people and diagnoses that she gets to work with in the outpatient setting, and has recently finished her coursework for a certification in pelvic health physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Academy of Pelvic Health.

She is married to a military ophthalmologist and they have 2 daughters and a dog with whom she enjoys exploring the outdoors of the pacific northwest. When she is not in the clinic, you can find her tending her vegetables, baking bread, or trail running.

Adrienne Kramer

Front Office Coordinator

She was raised in WA state and loves all the state has to offer. Some of her favorite past times are going camping and spending time at the beach. Other hobbies include making flower baskets, bowling, riding quads and motorcycles, and taking long road trips.

She enjoys helping others and looks forward to greeting our patients every day.
